Question
أيضًا تقول: عرفت من بعض المشايخ أن عقد النكاح لا يصح إذا كان الزوج وأبو الزوجة لم يصلوا حتى لو لم ينكروا وجوب الصلاة، وكان زوجي لا يؤدي الصلاة، وبعد رجوعي بفترة أصبح يداوم على الصلاة في المسجد مع الجماعة، أرجو من سماحة الشيخ إفتائي في هذه المواضيع؟
Answer
على كل حال هذا يرجع إلى المحكمة والمحكمة تنظر في الأمر؛ لأن قولها وحدها لا يكفي.
