Common questions

How it works

1
Ask in your own words
No legal phrasing needed. We search by meaning, not exact words.
2
We search trusted fatwas
We find the fatwas closest to your question from fixed sources, ordered by how closely they answer it.
3
Read the summary and its evidence
A short summary of only what the fatwas say, with the verses and hadith and their gradings, and the full fatwas for anyone who wants detail.

We never answer on our own. Everything shown comes from its source, and if nothing answers your question, we tell you so.

The responsibility lies with the sourceThis website isn't run by scholars. It only gathers and presents what the open sources say.
