Question
يرتبط بعض المسلمين بعلاقات الزنا مع نساء الكفار، ثم يتزوجون بهن، فهل تعتبر في هذه الحالة محصنة، خاصة أنها لم تتب من الزنا؟ لأن الأمر سيان سواء تزوجها أم سافحها تظل معه؟
Answer
إذا كانت من أهل الكتاب، ولد الزنا ما يلحقه، والزواج بها لا يجوز، إلا إذا ثبت أنها تابت، لأنها زال عنها الإحصان، فإذا تابت جاز النكاح الجديد، أما هذا الزنا فلا يلحق به، نسأل الله العافية.
