Question
هل يدفع الزوج زكاة حلي زوجته؟
Answer
لا يلزمه الزكاة عنها، لكن إذا ساعدها بذلك ورضيت فلا بأس، وإلا فالزكاة عليها لحليها؛ لأن الأحاديث الواردة في ذلك تدل على أن الزكاة عليها لا على زوجها.
