أذا أفشت الزوجة أسرار الزوجية، فهل يحق لها المؤخر؟
Answer
الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، وعلى آله وصحبه، أما بعد:
فإن إفشاء الزوجة أسرار الحياة الزوجية لا يسقط شيئا من حقها في المهر، الحال منه أو المؤجل.
ولمزيد الفائدة نرجو مراجعة الفتوى: 161969. ففيها بيان حكم إفشاء هذه الأسرار.
والله أعلم.
