Question
ما هو أصح كتاب من كتب فقه العبادات؟.
Answer
الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه، أما بعد:
فلا يمكن القول بأن كتابا معينا من كتب الفقه هو أصحها، وكتب الفقه منها المطول ومنها المختصر، ولا يخلو الواحد منها من أقوال ربما تكون مرجوحة وغيرها أرجح منها، وقد سبق أن بينا بعض كتب الفقه التي ينصح بها طالب العلم فانظر الفتاوى التالية أرقامها: 191855، 138891، 68138.
