Question
أخي عمره خمس عشرة سنة، وهو يسوق سيارة ولكن بدون رخصة والقانون لا يسمح له بذلك. فهل هذا محرم من باب مخالفة أولي الأمر؟
Answer
الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، وعلى آله وصحبه، أما بعد:
فقد تقدم في الفتوى رقم: 19241 أنه لا يجوز قيادة السيارة بدون رخصة إن كانت أنظمة البلد تمنع قيادة السيارة بلا رخصة، فأحرى إذا كان السائق في مثل هذا السن الذي هو مظنة التهور والمجازفة .
