Ruling on always reciting as-Sajdah and al-Insaan in Fajr on Fridays

Is it permissible to always recite Soorat as-Sajdah and Soorat al-Insaan in Fajr prayer on Fridays?

Praise be to Allah, and blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah:

It is prescribed to recite Soorat as-Sajdah and Soorat ad-Dahr [al-Insaan] in Fajr prayer on Friday, and there is nothing wrong with always doing that. But if there is the fear that some people may think that it is obligatory to always recite them, then it is prescribed for him not to recite them sometimes. End quote.
