ننتقل إلى رسالة وصلت من الجزائر من السائلة ج. حكيمة من الجزائر تقول: هل يجوز للمعتدة المتوفى عنها زوجها أن تخرج للضرورة في أيام العدة؟
Answer
نعم لها أن تخرج لحاجتها، كشراء حاجة من السوق، أو خروج المستشفى للعلاج، أو المحكمة لدعوى عليها، أو لدعوى تدعيها على غيرها، لا بأس، خروجها للحاجة لا حرج في ذلك، لكنها تبقى في البيت حتى تكمل العدة، أما خروجها للحاجة فلا يمنع منه، نعم.
