أخيراً يسأل ويقول: هل يصح لي نكاح بنت ابن خالتي أم لا؟
Answer
نكاح بنت الخالة وبنت الخال وبنت ابن الخال وبنت ابن الخالة كله جائز، المحرم نكاح الخالة نفسها، أو العمة نفسها، أما بنت الخالة وبنت العمة، وبنت العم وبنت الخال، لا حرج في نكاحها. نعم. المقدم: بارك الله فيكم.
