إذا اشترط الولي على الزوج عدم الضرب هل له ذلك؟
Answer
له ذلك، لكن في غير ما أباح الله، من باب التأكيد؛ لعله يحذر، وإلا ما أباح الله ليس لأحد الاعتراض عليه. (دروس شرح بلوغ المرام، كتاب النكاح)
