للزوج نصف المهر لو عقد عليها ولم يدخل عليها؟
Answer
على القاعدة الشرعية: نصف المهر وَإِنْ طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تَمَسُّوهُنَّ وَقَدْ فَرَضْتُمْ لَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً فَنِصْفُ مَا فَرَضْتُمْ[البقرة:237]. (دروس شرح بلوغ المرام، كتاب النكاح)
