أيُّما امرأةٍ زوَّجها وليانِ فهي للأول منهما هل يُستفاد من هذا الحديث أن المرأة تُزَوَّج بدون علمها؟
Answer
لا، قد تكون أذنت لهما جميعًا، قد تقول لكل واحد: اللي تشوفه. (دروس شرح بلوغ المرام، كتاب النكاح)
