البلاد الذين يحكمون بالمذهب الحنفي: إذا زوجوا بغير ولي ثم جاءت المرأة واستفت على مذهب آخر ماذا يكون؟
Answer
هذا محل نظر، قد يكون حكم لها حاكم، فهو محل نظر، فعلى جمهور أهل العلم لا بدّ من ولي، ومذهب الأحناف هذا مذهب ضعيف لا يُعَوَّل عليه. (دروس شرح بلوغ المرام، كتاب النكاح)
