النساء في الخارج لا يكون لهن ولي؟

وليهن القضاء إن كان في دولة مسلمة، وإذا كان ما في دولة مسلمة فرئيس المركز الإسلامي يقوم مقام القاضي، أو رئيس الجمعية الإسلامية؛ حتى لا تتعطل. (دروس شرح بلوغ المرام، كتاب النكاح)
