الأصل في التعدُّد أو الواحدة؟
Answer
الأصل التعدد فَانْكِحُوا مَا طَابَ لَكُمْ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ [النساء:3] هذا هو الأفضل؛ لما فيه من رحمة النساء وكثرة النسل وعفة النساء وعفة الرجل أيضاً، كلما كان العدد أكثر صار أعف للجميع للرجال وللنساء. (دروس شرح بلوغ المرام، كتاب البيوع)
