Question
رجل توفي وأوصى بمبلغ (2000) ريال لأحد إخوانه ليتزوج به وبين وفاة الرجل وزواج أخيه سنوات، فهل يجب على هذا المبلغ زكاة؟
Answer
إذا كان أوصى به لشخص معين يكون مالًا للشخص المعين إذا قبضه ويزكيه إذا حال عليه الحول ولو تأخر الزواج. والله ولي التوفيق.
