Question
إذا كان هناك عاملٌ عمل لديَّ، وكان له مبلغ من المال عندي، ولم أجده لكي أُعطيه حقَّه، كيف أفعل فيه؟
Answer
إذا كان على الإنسان حقٌّ للغير ولم يجده ولم يعرف مكانه؛ يتصدَّق به عنه بالنية، والله يوصله إليه، وتبرأ الذمة.
فإن جاء بعد حينٍ يطلبه؛ خيَّره: إن شاء قبل الصدقة ووصل له الأجر، وإن شاء أعطيته حقَّه وصار الأجرُ لك.
