Question
إذا رجل تملك على امرأة ولم يحضر سوى ولي أمره، وشاهد واحد عند مأذون، وهي راضية، هل تكتفى، أو باطلة؟
Answer
لا يكتفى إلا بشاهدين، لا بد من شاهدين مع الزوج، ومع الولي، يحضره أربعة في النكاح: الولي والزوج والشاهدان.
