اتّخاذ الصورة من دون تعليقٍ؟
Answer
الواجب إتلافها، إلا إذا كان من حاجةٍ: كصورةٍ يحتاجها في الجنسية، يضطر إليها. س: إذا صور مجموعة من الصور للرخصة، ثم أبقى بعضها يقول: ربما يحتاجها في المُعاملات؟ ج: الذي يظهر لي أنه ما يجوز إلا واحدة للضَّرورة.
