سماحة الشيخ: هل مَن مات في حوادث السيارات يدخل في حكم صاحب الهدم أو المطعون في ثبوت حكم الشَّهادة لهم التي وردت في الحديث؟
Answer
نعم، مَن مات بسبب السيارات -انقلاب أو مُصادمة- فكله إن شاء الله في حكم الشُّهداء، في حكم صاحب الهدم.
