Question
قول النبي ﷺ: صوموا لرؤيته وأفطروا لرؤيته هذا خطاب لعموم المسلمين أو لأهل كل لبلد؟
Answer
الصواب أنه لعموم المسلمين، لكن ذهب بعض أهل العلم أن لأهل كل بلد رؤيتهم؛ فلا بأس، قال به جمع من أهل العلم، وهو قول ابن عباس وجماعة، لكن الأصل في خطابات الشارع العموم، هذا هو الأصل، خطاب الله في القرآن وخطاب الرسول الأصل فيه العموم، ومن قيَّد فعليه الدليل.
