تشميت العاطس فرض كفاية أم فرض عين؟
Answer
ظاهر النصوص فرض عين، ظاهر النصوص وجوبه على المؤمن إذا سمعه، والمعروف عند العلماء أنه سنة مؤكدة؛ لكن ظاهر الأوامر الوجوب؛ لأن الرسول ﷺ أمر بذلك.
