الصور والحالات التي للزوج أن يرجع على زوجته بعقدٍ جديدٍ هل لا بدّ من مهرٍ؟
Answer
نعم، لا بدّ من عقدٍ جديدٍ، ولو كان في عقد جديد لا بدّ من مهرٍ، ولو قليل، لا نكاحَ إلا بمهرٍ، ولو قليل: أَنْ تَبْتَغُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ [النساء:24].
