الصيام خاص بالولي؟
Answer
الأقارب، الولي هو القريب، وإذا صام غيره؛ فلا بأس، من باب الإحسان. س: على سبيل الوجوب؟ الشيخ: المعروف عند العلماء الاستحباب؛ لقوله جل وعلا: وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى [الأنعام:164] فالأقرب -والله أعلم- أنه للتأكيد والمشروعية.
