Question
مَن ذهب إلى جدة لعملٍ وهو ناوٍ العمرة؟
Answer
يرجع إلى الميقات الذي مرَّ عليه، إن كان جاء من نجدٍ أو من الطائف لجدة لعملٍ وهو ناوٍ لعمرة يرجع إلى الميقات ويُحرم منه.
أما إذا ما نوى، جاء لحاجةٍ ثم طلع عليه في جدة قال: ما دام أني وصلتُ هذا المحلّ أود أن آخذ عمرةً، فيُحرم من مكانه.
