Question
إذا انعدم الماء، ثم تيمم ولبس الجوربين، ثم وجد الماء، هل يمسح عليهما؟
Answer
يخلعهما؛ لأنه مسح عليهما من غير طهارة الماء، طهارة التراب طهارة ناقصة بالنسبة إلى الماء، فلا يمسح عليهما إلا بعد طهارةٍ كاملةٍ التي فعلها النبيُّ ﷺ.
