Question
س: مشروعية الوتر في كل الأشياء..؟
Answer
هذا هو الأقرب، إلا فيما نص الشارع على أنه شفع، ولهذا استعملها النبي ﷺ في أكل التمرات في عيد الفطر، كان يأكل التمرات وترًا قبل أن يصلي العيد، وشرع الله الطواف سبعًا، والسعي سبعًا، ورمي الجمرات سبعًا... لأشياء.
فالأصل أن الوتر مطلوب، إلا فيما نص الشارع على أنه شفع كأربعة كصلاة الظهر والعصر والعشاء، والسنن ركعتين ركعتين.
