إذا كان الزوج الثاني عِنِّينًا؟
Answer
لا تحل للأول حتى يطأها الثاني أو يطلقها ويتزوجها الآخر.
المقصود حَتَّىٰ تَنكِحَ زَوْجًا آخر، كما قال الله، نكاحًا فيه جماع.
