الزواج بنية الطلاق؟
Answer
عند الجمهور لا بأس، وتركه أوْلى، الأكثرون يقولون لا بأس، هذا شيء بينه وبين ربه، وذهب الأوزاعي وجماعة إلى منعه، والأوْلى تركه، الأوْلى عدم النية، هذا هو الأولى والأحوط. س: بعض الناس يسافرون إلى بعض البلاد يسافرون بهذه النية ؟ الشيخ: ولو، تركُ هذه النية أوْلى، تركها أحوط؛ خروجًا من الخلاف. س: فعلهم صحيح؟ الشيخ: الجمهور يرون جواز هذا، والأحوط تركه.
