الحديث الضعيف في المنع أو في الجواز؟ الحديث الضعيف في العزل؟
Answer
حديث أن الرسول ﷺ نهى أن يعزل الرجل إلا بإذن الحرة رواه أحمد وفي إسناده رجل مجهول، فيه النهي عن العزل عن الحرة إلا بإذنها؛ لكن المعنى صحيح من حيث المعنى؛ لأن لها حقًّا في الولد، هما شركاء في الولد.
