لا بدّ من استئذان الزوجة عند العزل؟
Answer
الأقرب -والله أعلم- أنه لا بدّ من ذلك؛ لأن لها حقًّا في الولد.
وجاء في حديث فيه ضعف باستئذانها، ولكن المعنى واضح؛ ليس له العزل عنها إلا بإذنها إلا الأمة، الأمة لا بأس.
