Question
إذا كان الولي يرى أن في هذا الزواج مفسدة شرعية هل له أن يمنعها من هذا الزوج؟
Answer
يجتهد في هذا ولا يزوّجها إلا على وجه فيه خير لها ومصلحة لها، وإذا تنازعوا يرجعوا إلى المحكمة، لكن هو عليه أن يجتهد؛ لا يزوّجها إلا بالرجل الصالح الذي يراه أهلًا لها.
