Question
سمعنا في بعض كتب الفقه أن الأب يُرْغِم - إن رأى فيه مصلحة- ابنه أو بنته على الزواج؟
Answer
ليس بصواب، لا يُجْبَر الولد ولا البنت عليه.
أما إذا كان صغيرًا دون التسع؛ له أن يزوجه وله أن يزوجها إن كانت صغيرة وهو صغير دون التسع، الأب خاصة.
