Question
إذا كانت المرأة مطلقة طلاقًا بائنًا فهل يُعرّض بخطبتها أم يصرّح في العدة؟
Answer
إذا كان الطلاق بائناً..... الأوْلى أن يكون تعريضا؛ لأنه ما هو وقت نكاح، هي ما زالت في العدة، ظاهر الأدلة العموم؛ لأنها لا تزال في وقت يحرم فيه النكاح. س: هل يقال بجواز النظر أو استحبابه؟ الشيخ: مستحب، مستحب النظر إلى المخطوبة؛ لأن الرسول ﷺ أمر به.
