Question
تَحْرُمُ الزوجة بمجرد العقد وإلا بالوطء...؟
Answer
لا، بالعقد، تَحْرُمُ بالعقد، وَأُمَّهَاتُ نِسَائِكُمْ [النساء: 23] بالعقد.
وأما البنت لا، بالدخول، بالوطء لأمها، الربيبة ما تكون ربيبة إلا إذا وطء أمها، دخل بها.
