Question
إذا كان من على يمينه أصغر ومن على شماله أكبر؟
Answer
يستأذن أو يُعطي مَنْ على يمينه ولو كان أصغر، مثل ما أعطى النبي ﷺ ابن عباس وترك الأشياخ، إلا إذا أذن الأصغر للذي عن يمينه أن يعطي الذي عن يساره فلا بأس. س: في المجلس يبدأ بالكبير أو على اليمين إذا دخل بالعود أو بالشاي؟ الشيخ: رئيس المجلس وكبير المجلس، يبدأ بالكبير، ثم مَن على يمينه.
