مَنْ كان له صدقة جارية أوقفها ثم رأى الورثة من بعد موته أن يجعلوها في مجال آخر، هل لهم ذلك؟
Answer
ليس لهم ذلك إلا بمراجعة ولي الأمر، المحكمة؛ إنْ كان فيها مصلحة تنظر في الأمر.
