يَحْرُم عليه أن يذهب للجهاد وعليه دَيْن؟
Answer
إذا كان يستطيع الوفاء يُوفِي، وإذا كان ما يستطيع يذهب للجهاد، ما يخالف، معذور. س: يكون الدَّيْن معلقًا عليه؟ الشيخ: معلق، إن تيسر، وإلا ما هو بلزوم.
