Question
مَن له مُلْكٌ مُتَفَرِّقٌ في البلاد...؟
Answer
إذا كان المالك واحدًا يُضَم، إذا كان المالك واحدًا له أربعون من الغنم في مكة وأربعون في المدينة وأربعون في جدة وأربعون في الرياض؛ فيُضَمُّ بعضُها إلى بعض إذا كانت راعية.
