Question
ما حكم من أرضعت طفلة: هل تحرم عليها فروع أخوالها أو أولاد خالها أو فروع صاحب اللبن؟
Answer
إذا أرضعتها خمس رضعات في الحولين صارت بنتًا لها وبنتًا لزوجها وأختًا لأولادهما، وصار إخوتها أخوالها وإخوة الزوج أعمام، مثل النسب يحرم من الرضاع ما يحرم من النسب لكن بشرط أن تكون الرضعات خمس أو أكثر في الحولين قبل الفطام، مثل النسب سواء.
