Question
مَن أخَّر الصلاةَ بدون عذرٍ حتى خرج وقتُها، هل تصح صلاتُه؟
Answer
على خلافٍ: الجمهور تصحّ عندهم الصلاة، ومَن قال أنه كفر فعليه التوبة فقط، وإذا قضى احتياطًا فحسنٌ.
