Question
مَن طُلقت في عدَّتها طَلقةً غير الطَّلقة الأولى كيف تكون عدَّتُها؟
Answer
مِن الطّلقة الأولى إذا لم يكن وطئها بعد الطلقة الأولى، فإذا طلَّقها طلقةً ثم بعد يوم أو يومين أو أسبوع أو أسبوعين طلَّقها طلقةً ثانيةً فإنها تعتدُّ ابتداءً من الأولى إذا كان إنما هو كلام، أما إذا كان راجعها فعليها أن تعتدَّ من الثانية.
