صار لإنسانٍ حادثٌ مروريٌّ وتوفي معه بعض الناس؟
Answer
يضمن إذا كان مُتَسَبِّبًا في الحادث، مثل: السرعة، أو النّعاس، أو تفريط في العجلة، وإن لم يكن مُتَسَبِّبًا فلا شيء عليه، وهذا يرجع إلى المرور.
