Question
والسؤال الثالث يقول: حصل بيني وبين قريبٍ لي شغار، وطبعًا العقد باطل، والآن طلَّق أحدُنا، ويريد الآخر الاستمرار على زوجته؟
Answer
يُجدد العقد بدون شرط الشّغار، مع التوبة مما مضى.
