Question
إذا كان لا يُصلِّي ودعاها هل يجوز لها أن ترفض؟
Answer
إذا كان ما يُصلي فالنكاح باطل، ما تحلُّ له. س: طيب، وإذا كان لا يُصلي مع الجماعة وأرادت اجتنابَ فراشه تأديبًا له؟ ج: تسمع وتُطيع وتنصحه، أما إذا كان يترك الصلاة فتركها كفر.
