Question
واحد من الشَّباب يريد الزواج بغير علم أبيه، فهل هذا يجوز؟
Answer
ما فيه مانع إذا كان أبوه يمنعه من الزواج، أما إذا كان الزواج من امرأةٍ لا يرضاها والده فلا ينبغي له أن يَعْجَل، وعليه أن يلتمس امرأةً يرضاها، أما إذا كان والده لا يُريده أن يتعفف فلا بأس أن يتزوج ولو ما دَرَى والده، حتى يعفّ نفسه.
