Question
مَن تزوَّج بغير إذن والديه هل يُعتبر عاقًّا؟
Answer
لا، ما هو بعاقٍّ، فالزواج واجبٌ عليه إذا كان يشتهي، لكن إذا شاورهما يكون أحسن وأفضل. س: يعني: هما غاضبان عليه حتى يُطَلِّق، فهل يكون عاقًّا؟ ج: لا، ما هو بعاقٍّ، إذا كانت الزوجةُ مناسبةً وطيبةً وليس فيها بأسٌ عليهما فلا يلزمه الطلاق: إنما الطاعة في المعروف.
