Question
إذا كان الشخص يريد الجهادَ فهل يستأذن والديه؟
Answer
يستأذنهما، قال: ارجع فاستأذنهما، فإن أذنا لك وإلا فبرّهما، إلا إذا كان الجهاد واجبًا، مثل: حصر البلادَ عدوٌّ، أو كان بين الصَّفَّين، أو استنفره الإمامُ؛ فلا إذن، ففي هذه المواضع الثلاثة يجب عليه القتال ولا يستأذن.
