الواجب في العدل بين النساء هل هو في المبيت والنفقة فقط؟
Answer
في القسم والنفقة، كلٌّ على قدره، يقول ﷺ: اللهم هذا قسمي فيما أملك، فلا تلمني فيما تملك ولا أملك، يقسم بينهم، والنفقة على حسب أحوالهن، فمَن كانت عندها عيال فإنَّ نفقتها أكثر، كلٌّ على قدره.
